As for coils I decided on an 8x6 sef for my shooter. Once I can find one, that will give me the 10x12, 6x10, 9.5 and the 8x6. I think that's a well rounded arsenal. For headphones I bought a pair of auvio wireless from the shack. The last thing I need is a good digging tool. What I normally use is a small shovel. Makes me look unprofessional as all heck. I know most of you use knives. What is a good brand to pick up and where from?

What I use is the Lesche digger. It has all the elements of a good digger. Had it for years (and coughing up the extra cash is a distant memory and glad I purchased it).

http://lawn-and-garden.hardwarestore.com/82-515-garden-trowels-/fiskars-big-grip-garden-knife-116203.aspx Ive beat the heck out of this..point is great for chopping roots and serrated side for cutting through grass...a good 4 months of chopping and digging and almost like new only $9...would buy 4 of these before spending $40 on a tool listed as metal detecting tool where they seem to overcharge..not tryin to piss anyone off...just my opinion...Curt

Hi curt, I have two of these, I have used them for prying rocks and you name it. These have been one of the best investments i have every made. The handle came off of one and i just filled it with good glue and it still going. I put mine on a grinder if it needs sharping. I could have spent $50.00 or $60.00 dollar's and not been any better. Good Luck Flintstone

Hey Flintsone..for a tool designed for planting bulbs it is very well made..beyond what one would think for application..very good tool for price..loves chopping small roots...Curt

OK,OK,OK.....I'm gonna buy one and see. (Squeaky wheel and all...) It better be good or I'll give it to my wife.... and she'll have another tool, in her arsenal. to exterminate every plant on the planet.
