Finally, I got around to getting the Side Fire Box for my grill. I think I'm going to like smoking meat in this thing now! I can smoke A LOT of meat to feed my kids.
Here's what it looks like. I've got the smoking chamber open, as I'm getting some charcoal going to grill some burger. It shows off the SFB pretty good.

And here's a shot of the SFB with all it's doors open. I don't plan on opening the lid of the SFB much, as I won't be grilling in it. I'll probably remove the grill for the SFB as well. However, I like the fact that I can just slide open the drawer to refuel the fire when I smoke meat.

I'd like to get the rotisserie attachment, probably next year. I can remove the cooking grates, hook up the rotisserie, and smoke a couple turkeys in that thing, or maybe a leg-of-lamb.
I've got spareribs thawing in my refrigerator. I'll smoke them off on Friday. Good eatin'!
