Yesterday and today were beautiful weather -wise; sunny, mild..with just a "tad " of wind..couldn't resist a walk on the beach

and of course, some detecting

Recovered the .925 in a deep cut yesterday at a near-by beach at low tide

Recovered the 14 K man's wedding band this morning in wet sand at shoreline as tide was receding..it was deep -3 scoops full, but the sound was so solid, I just kept diggin' until the ring showed up in the scoop

thanks for looking

Thanks, Craig. I use an all aluminum 48" length / basket size 11"x6" / 9/16 " holes scoop..weighs approx 3.7 lbs.

I recently had a welder add a stainless steel lip because of the wear and tear on left side of basket from digging so much with my left foot.

Just "winterized " the handle in preparation of the very cold conditions that will soon be here...I hunt year 'round.

Here is a pic of the "winterized" handle

I love Scott Joplin...one of my favorite composers...and yes, I love Honky Tonk...play it until the strings are on fire.
