A couple of pinpointer questions for Randy.....

Randy------What frequency is the Pro-Find 25 operating on?----Also, have you noticed any "cross talk" when using it with any other detectors?---------Thanks, Del

Del, sorry for the delay in getting to your post. Been out of town and away from the computer this past week. The frequency of the Pro-Finder is 12 - 14 kHz. I've had it chirp a couple times with one of my X-TERRA HF coils, but not the CTX 3030 or the E-TRAC. When it did chirp, I was able to position the coil away from the hole and eliminated the chatter. I suppose if it were "worse", I could have simply lowered the Sensitivity of the Pro-Finder. Nice addition to the arsenal! HH Randy

When I use the noise cancel I always turn on my pin pointer and hold it near the coil and I don't hear any interference later when I use the pin pointer.
This seems to work for me. I don't have the pro find 25 so I am not sure about it.

I just noticed this was a question for Randy. Sorry I intervened

Not a problem. Glad to see folks chime in with their experiences. HH Randy

Randy & Paul------Thanks to both of you for your responses.----Patsy & I have been on a road/detecting trip and away from the computer or I would have posted this earlier.----------Del
