A couple of pics of my last couple of times out

Well here a two pictures of a couple of finds that I was happy with.


I found this eagle near an old light pole. I think it may be cast aluminum?? It is pitted but not rusted and a magnet will not stick to it . 6/21

There was $0.80 total in this hole Nothing older than late 90's. What a surprise it was to see this at first. Dug a little more and found the rest. Getting signal that there is more but the roots are restricting me. I may go back with some small cutters and see what I can do. I did find another quarter not to far a way from this little honey hole from 1967. 6/26

I also found a 1972 dog tag in the front yard Saturday night before the rain started.

*UPDATE*

went back to that same hole I dug the other day. Found one more quarter and another dime for a grand total of $1.15 in one spot

I really gave my Sawtooth Gator Digger a good work out cutting/breaking roots and digging small rocks to retrieve the rest of my finds in this one spot. Seams to hold up very well and shows no signs of bends.
