A couple of hunts the last two days

Got out yesterday, Friday early to beat the heat. Used the stock coil and went over the rocks and gravel on a lot that the local school had bought and burnt the house down and then covered the whole mess up with rocks and gravel in preperation for making it a parking lot. Most of the rocks are fist sized, so I was losing several inches of depth from them, and the with all the burnt and melted stuff from the house it was really tuff going. Found the worn 1914 barber and a 1913 and 1955 wheaties from that 2 hour hunt. Went back after lunch today, to a corner of the lot that didn't get covered with rocks, it did have tons of nails and junk in it though. Pulled the 1908 barber the 1959 rosie, 1904 indian and a 1919 wheatie from this area. Used the 8x6 sef coil, in coin mode, ran in auto sensitivty Plus 3, most of the time it was running at 13 and 14 sensitivity, it was so junky. Thanks for looking & HH. Ken-ks

That sounds like it was a tough hunt. But you got some goodies for your effort. Too bad that Barber Dime got chewed up. Nice finds!
