Boy was I tired after yesterdays hunt! Took the day off and my buddy Dan came down and helped me clean up a private owned park/campground. Dan ended up with seven silver coins I think 7 mercs. and a rosy! I found the stuff in the first picture pluse 23 wheat backs 1914 was the oldest! I think that is a record number of wheats in one trip for me.

On Sunday I lucked into permission on an old residence that was torn down. found the stuff in the second picture plus a hand full of wheats.

Now I have to go back to work and rest!

Yeah Robin, good old quality designed, pure solid copper and silver currency...
It really was worth its own metal back then.
I guess that's why we could buy so much with so little of it back then.

You did great with the Silver and older coins. WTG. Barber and Indians just bring out the best of a hunt and you know that it was well worth the time finding every find you got. Did the Barber Dime have a Mint Mark? And just remember that there is Wheat Pennies that are worth a few bucks so make sure to check them over. Good Luck and HH.:thumbup:
