I started off at my friends fathers house built in the 30's yeaterday and got a 62 rosie right away! First coin!
I thought good maybe theres more nope?
I found a 51 washington in a horse pasture at my friends cousins house after the rosi and a few memorials and pieces of metal and a 30-06 shell casing.
So in the afternoon my friend and I decided to go to an island in the river we found a bunch of clad from swimmers
And hunted an old fire pit area well I walked through an area then my friend went through same area hes just started
to detect.
I hear him yell hey I got a walker?? I said you sure I just went through there? I go over and look nope it's a SLQ early date
Has the stars but no date it's gone I said congrats!
Not bad for just starting out with his Etrac!
Front pic was blurry of SLQ so all I have is the reverse and I picked up four lures to not a bad couple hours!

Not a bad couple hours for sure. I had a chance to hunt a small island in the Colorado River at I-10. The river had gone down and a friend and I walked out to the island. Got a LOT of change lost from swimmers and campers, mostly quarters. Congrats on your hunt.

Thanks this is the Ct river near the mouth lot of history here we keep looking
We will find some good stuff a lot of area to cover.

You did good. I still havent found a silver coin today.

Confidence will grow as you become more familiar with the E-trac. However, it seems you are doing OK right now!

Congrats on the silver! Sounds like a fun day hunting...
