As is the usual case, a body of water that has been hunted to death with a VLF metal detector, and has lost nearly all signals including junk targets, comes back to life when you go over the same body of water with a pulse induction detector. That's been my experience, and I have been using that to my advantage for many years. Below is a short video clip of today's hunt:

Nice video there John. Clear water and all. I'm done water hunting here in Pa. Hopefully get back in down in Florida this winter.
