Three land pirates met after supper for a great hunt together. There was a nice breeze to keep those blood sucking varmint mosquitoes away. We all had a great time and all found some old coins.

Here is my one third of the finds. I managed three rings, with the last one being so old that I was afraid to straighten it out. A nice 1928 nickel showed up in my digger early on in the hunt.

Here is a close up of the bestest gooders. A great hunt it was indeed! :)

A clean looking nickle. You wrote a nice article in Lost Treasure on line yesterday. I learned from you John. When I went MDing in the cave. I had a foot warmer on the Ace to keep out the moisture and the cold off the Ace. No mosquitoes in a cave. In fact I have found only 1 mosquito this summer in WVa. That is definitely one thing I don't miss leaving Fl.
As far as pirates go, the other two guys I trust. With that grin, it looks like you are up to something.

Nice collection of treasure there John. When you say "old" coins, how old is "old". I figure anything my age is already old and I have found a ton of them:yikes:

One guy got a 1909 large cent and the other got a 1917 larges cent. Nobody lived here until the late 1800's.
