A bit of an update.............

Just way too much going on here friends so i have neglected the computer lately. Carol's most recent surgery once again resulted in an infection due in part to the surgeon and in part to the typical hospital environment these days:rage:

She has once again had the suction bandage on for several weeks and finally got it off yesterday. She sure gets tired of having to carry that machine around with her 24/7 as well as try to sleep with it and it's tubes along with it being noisy!
The infection seems to be beaten now and her spirits are much better.

Lots to do around here in the fall not near done yet. Back in the days it would have taken me a couple days, now it takes weeks:rolleyes:

were cutting wood and bringing in meat and such. You two have sure the hell had a load the last few years. I hope things will get better for you :(

You guys seem to have cornered the market on bad things coming your way. Glad she seems to be on the mend and feeling better.
Scary, I hear more and more people catching infections in the hospital these days. Go in with one thing, come home with another problem from them. Not good. Lets hope this is the last of this stuff and everything goes smooth from here on in.

Your not alone on the fall projects. Seems like lately, the faster I go, the further I get behind. Finished the windows today. Got to move some wood in close to the house, I still have time, but need to get it done. One decent early winter storm and it all becomes a lot more work. Burning oil right now. Just no time to play around with feeding it the small stuff. Wish we lived close to each other, I got plenty of tools to make it all easier. Hey we do what we can. Hope better days for you and Carol are right around the corner.
