I happened to check out radio shack and saw the Bounty Hunter 3300.
It LOOKS LIKE THE F4?????? Is somebodys thunder being stolen?
What exactly is the difference between the tow companies machines besides the price range.

The new Fishers are supposedly designed anew - or at least touted that way in Fisher propoganda. However, now that Fisher has been absorbed into gigantic First Texas Corp, one notices, well, a certain commonality. Aside from the colors, there is little difference.

I mean the many Bounty Hunter models, Radio Shack's "Discovery" series and the "new" Fishers are all made by the same company.

You have to step to the F75 Fisher to see a real change and even then you have a derivative of the earlier Technetics T2, also an offshoot of the increasingly monolithic 1st Texas!

In other words, you're right!

Yeah a Bounty Hunter is a Bounty Hunter is a Bounty Hunter regardless of what name is attached. It was a sad day when Fisher got sucked up by Bounty Hunter and their machines became clones.
