This past summer I had some difficulty with my headphones on the connection, Garrett took care of it, sent me a new set, no charge. The dust cap where the headphones plug in decided to go missing lol. Garrett and my supplier took care of it no charge. About the middle of last summer the display on my ATG started to separate from the housing causing some major issues seeing the screen, Garrett and my supplier took care of it. Hats of to Garrett and Leading Edge Hobbies in Kingston. It may take a bit of time for them to take care of us, but we truly are not their only customer lol. Cheers and HH all.

Garretts costomer service is the best. I have had many Garrett metal detectors thru the years and every time I had a problem they was there for me with GREAT professional service even after the warranty was gone.
