Took my neighbor out to a couple of schools, to try out my new detector, help him learn his detector, and to have a good time! Found a few tokens (52 Discovery Zone tokens) at the first school that we went to. I also found this swell ring. It is marked 925 and had this pretty purple stone set in it.

The second school that we went to had an old school some years back, that was torn down. But I never really knew where it was. We hunted a field in front of the new school, and my friend Dan found 5 wheaties that dated from the early 40's to the late 50's. We detected pretty much side by side. He would find them, I would help him pinpoint with my detector, then he would dig the spoils. And I didnt find a single one!!!! I'll get 'em next time though!
Here are a few more flowers that are blooming in our yard. Steve, can Nancy....... Name...That...Flower!!!!

our Maple leaves! Having a problem with forest catapillars this year again. Forest service is out spraying the sugarbushes with bug spray.
Great pics J!

It sure is a pretty one! :) Nice pics also!

Here, everyone calls them sweet gum trees, but I'm sure they are in the same family as the maples (acer). We have catapiller problems too, but usually only with the Fir trees.
