Went for a short early morning dig, and found this with my DFX. a couple inches down. Says .999 two times and has a Chinese marking in-between them. Il tested it with my kit and confirm it. 24k, woo hoo! My first 24k find. I'll weigh it and make a comment in a few. I may go back and see if I missed anything. Now go get you some!

Nice find, congrats.

You are one very lucky hunter. Way t go... KEN

I don't really believe in luck Ken, instead I see myself more like a river. It cuts through rock not because it's powerful, but because it's persistent. By the way, I did find it in the "Hunted out Park".

It's most likely Thai gold.

It actually was marked .9999 and the other 2 hallmarks are in some Chinese script. Their hard to see. It's also a very small bracelet, maybe for a child? I went back twice to see if there was another portion of chain. But no results. I did find a 1901 Indian head, a 1937 buffalo nickel, two war nickels (43,45), a lipstick sample, some pirate booty, and a pile of wheats. I'll post a picture today. Go get you some!
