950 coil

I was reading somewhere that Whites made a 950 coil for the V. Is this true and where can I get one if it is out there?
 
Anywhere White's products are sold.
 
The 950 coil I read about was the STOCK DFX coil !
I don't know of a "V" 950 coil.

I tried a friends 12" coil from his MXT and can't get the gain over 4 with boost on. You may get Lucky and get one that works but older coils are not set to the specs. to work with higher transmit power. From what I understand they have the 12" 10" DD, 950 available and by now maybe the 5.3 or 4x6 since I know the two smaller coils were in the works last time I called White's. Only drawback is they are probably not part of dealer stock so will probably have to be special ordered but don't quote me on this?

They are out I have one. Just haven't got to check it out yet. It has the V3 stamped on it along with a serial no#. .
