925 Italy Silver

I was working at my Job today for the Water DP, I emptied the Sewer Truck out things that go down the drain / toilet / shower,
I find!!! I found some Marbles a toy Ring and this 30" 925 Italy Silver Chain, I had to clean it up of coures,
I saved Her from the landfill, A different way of finding stuff,
So who Looks in Sewer Like me???? Mickfin

One of my friends worked for the waste water department and he used to find all kinds of stuff at the head works!

When I was a kid the farm next to ours had pig manure from commercial feeder operations spread on it. I would eyeball find coins and lots of flatware (some sterling) while I would traipse around on that farm. A farm worker told me that the good stuff came from valuables being set next to sinks where food scraps were. The scraps were gathered up and sometimes the goodies went too, it all got fed to the pigs, without the people slopping the pigs knowing what was in the scraps. He claimed to have found a diamond ring. He may have been handing me, a ten year old, a line, but I don't think so.
