9 x 8 Concentric Coil Question

Just bought a used 9 x 8 concentric coil for my Tesoro Silver UMax. How well does this coil pinpoint campared to the standard 8 inch coil ? Any tips or suggestions about this coil would be appreciated.
 
I have the 9 x 8 and the 8 inch brown coil for my Cortes, they pinpoint with the same deadnuts accuracy. Get the same depth and sensitivity with both. The brown is a hair heavier.
