9" deep silver dime signal and live dig

Had a pretty good hunt in the park a few days ago and got a few live silver digs including a 9" signal and dig. I hunted for a few hours and ended up with 5 silvers so on my way back there tomorrow.

That's a nice park! Keep on hunting it.

I noticed the Minelab cover on your detector and can suggest the Invisible Shield for your screen if you don't already have it. You will find there is no glare with this and the fit of the new ones is exceptional. My first one lasted 3.5 years and when I finally marked enough to bother me they sent me a new one for free with return postage paid also. I have the Minelab cover too, but use it only in the rain since the glare is so bad.

I wish I lived near you to have access to that park since my silver hunting places are getting harder to find.

Good luck and Happy Hunting!!

Thanks for the suggestion! That cover has been annoying the heck out of me and I actually took it off today and was about to look for an alternative. Will definitely check out the Invisible Shield. Went to that park again today and had one heck of a day. Will post a video of it soon and put a link here. As far as the parks go they are really hit and miss. There are some parks here that you can hunt all day and maybe pull 1-2 silvers. Then there are some that it seems have been pounded but they missed the super deep coins. If I was you I would revisit your parks and make sure you have hit all of the park, even the parts away from where people congregated. I have been to this park several times at different spots and it was OK hunting, then I started detecting this area and the silvers just keep popping up. There is another park that I had been to at least 10 times that isn't very big. Thought I had pulled everything out of there because I would be lucky to get 2 silvers a day from it. Then one day I went and swept an area that I guess I hadn't gone over too well and pulled 7 silvers out of a 10 x 30 ft area...

Thanx for posting. Excellent audio tutorial !

Great hunt - congrats !

Good video and finds. Were you at the place me and you went?

Nope was somewhere else. The place we went to has been hunted pretty hard and the most I have ever pulled there is maybe 1-2 silvers on a great day :beers:

You did good. Anytime you can pull some silvers from the public parks you are doing good. I went back to the spot we hit and got a buffalo, silver dime, button, the usual stuff.

Thanks =) I agree it's usually really hard to pull more than a few silvers out of most public parks. I had been to this one before and pulled maybe 2-3 on average there. Then hit a different area of it and it looks like it was barely even gone over before. Went there again yesterday and putting a vid together to upload.
