9 days of rain and wind and cold..-0.9 low tide

WHY NOT! I could not stand this any more..So I went down to beach cause of the minus tide...it was cold and raining...tried to get ankle deep but surge soaked me by surprise...now I am really cold...so I decided to zig zag the "W" pattern I read yesterday on forum to try to find coin or jewlery pods...I was not even in the water...about 15 feet away and started getting signals...quarter, 2 dimes and a earing...by then I was forced to head back to truck due to chilling rain and wind...on way I happen to pass upon a weird broken signal...dug a 10 kt gold braclet...very pretty...and also something that appears to be a big spoon but really crusted...wonder how long this has been in the surf?...sometimes I really Hate New England weather!! but braclet made my day..:thumbup

Nice Job mattockmam, looks like it was worth getting cold for a little while, i'm on my way out to the coast today here in Rhode Island, the wind is blowing hard and it's raining but something is telling me to get out there today, hope my luck is as good as yours was on your bad weather trip.. weekend calling for temps in the 70s with no rain....
Hopefully.. will keep you posted if i find anything.... HH
