9" coil for Anfibio/Kruzer

Anyone know when they be out ? And/Or I can find one ? I was thinking of the 7 inch coil but figured I'd go for the 9. GS

Most places I have been hunting for the past 35 years are very littered over the bulk of the site, especially with dense contaminations of nails and other ferrous debris. Those usually call for a smaller-than-stock size coil to better handle the abundant junk and also handle good-target masking. I have standard and larger-size coil in my Accessory Coil Tote for those times they are needed and can work better, but all my detectors keep smaller to some mid-sized coils mounted full-time.

My favorite general-purpose coil on the Impact, Racer 2 and Multi-Kruzer was the round 7' Concentra coil, and I determined it to also be my choice to keep attached to my Anfibio Multi. Relic Hunting the older and densely littered sites I get very good performance from the 7" Concentric, and when the trash density gets more challenging, or I find myself dealing with a lot of thick weeds and brush, or negotiating a lot of building rubble, there is nothing that can top the 5" DD coil. Nothing!

For me, the two most-used search coils on the Anfibio Multi are the 7" Concentric and 5" DD. When I am hunting in a more open and less targets site where depth-of-detection can be achieved, be it when Relic Hunting fields and such or Coin Hunting old-use and wide-open parks and similar places, I am favoring the new, round 11" DD over the also new 9" Concentric. I'll have to watch for more huntable weather to keep evaluating, but so far a give the 7" Concentric coil the thumbs-up over the 9" Concentric as well.

We all have them, but those are my opinions today.:)

Just rambling here folks,
Maybe Nokta Macro should offer the Anfibio with either 11" or 9" as the original stock coil like XP does with Deus?
Would allow for a purchaser to tailor a detector based on hunting preferences: i.e. beach/open field users may opt for larger 11" coil for coverage& depth
Park & school coin shooting hunters might want the 9" for trashier environments.
Worth thinking about.
Cheers,
Drew.

The 9" is showing as in stock at at least one online retailer. It'll be interesting to see how it performs. What I do know is the 7" is an outstanding coil and everything Monte and others say about it is true. One thing I haven't seen mentioned about it is the depth. Incredible for a small coil. There's virtually no trade off of depth vs separation/unmasking compared to the stock coil. Unless I'm looking to cover a lot of cleaner ground like ball fields fast the 7" is my go-to coil.

My 9" concentric arrived today, so did the snow, might be about 4-5" on the ground by morning.

I would have an original purchase option of either the 11" DD or 7" Concentric. One better suited for one segment of consumers and the other a perfect outfit for a different segment.

I'll shoot you a message of why and my personal opinions.
