great video man. is that a sandy loam bottom or something? sure is some good dirt for digging in. :thumbup:
 
the dirt is called the anoka sand , its a great sand plane created from meting glaciers it has no clay in it but has volcanic rock fragments and magnetite from the biotite in the granite, its granitic sand mostly and it is nice to dig in thats why the gophers like it as well . the chance of something good coming out is real, so I keep at it the memoir of that 1879 seated dime with a cut nail right next to it just stays in my head I also found an 1862 Indian head penny and it was in very uncorroded condition the sand is very nice on copper & brass but if you go to the farm field the Chemicals distorty the pennys Thanks guys .
