8 x 6 butterfly or x-8

Looking for a little feedback on the 8 x 6 butterfly? I currently have a X-8 and was wondering if there would be any gains with the butterfly. I actually need to stay off the Internet. Seems there is always something I just need to have. :)
 
I do not think there is much difference at all. X-5 and X-12 are great coils also. Have you read the field tests Bryce Brown has on all the different coils? If not go to the Explorer forum and check them out. He has taken a lot of his time testing different coils for Minelab machines along with answering most questions people has concerning coils. HH :minelab:
 
Thank you. I'll take a look. I did pick up a x5 from Ralph when I bought my Etrac. Already had the x8 and a wot from my explorer xs.
