8 inch concentric or 8 inch DD Minelab coil is there anyone who have used both

I have an 8 inch EXcellerator coil for my Quattro. I have an opportunity to purchase an 8 inch DD FBS Minelab coil for a good deal. Was wanting to know if there is anyone out there that have used both coils. I would like to know the pluses and minuses of each. If the concentric coil is the best choice all around. I would prefer to spend my cash on another accessory. Any feedback on these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike
 
the same as the bigger DD coil, except for a little less depth. I have the 10"DD coil and also the 8" Concentric coil and to me the 8" concentric coil is the best all around coil. But it doesn't get quite the depth that the 10" DD coil gets.
