8" excelerator

I've been using my 8" excelerator for the last to days. I works great, thanks Monte. I found a 925 sterling silver bracelet today. The depth is great, I found a dime at 7" and many coins at 6". With this coil if I see an VDI 18 even if it isn't a solid reading it's a nickel. Now I just need to find some old coins. Rob
 
I think it does a lot for the MXT in the way of handling, physically, as well as dealing with moderately trashy conditions.
