I used the search function to go through past posts about the concentric coil and see that some people love them and others didn't care for them. I saw where the concentric coil didn't do well when run through a meter or probe and was wondering if the people that gave bad reports tried it without the additional meter and/or probe? If so did your opinion change? I don't use either so that wouldn't be an issue. I'm going to pick up a new 8 inch coil for my Elite and trying to decide between the concentric which might add something different ( possible better performance?) to my hunting or just stick with a DD coil like the Intruder S-8. Any help would be appreciated.
