Final got in some serious hunting time with the Excalibur's, and the sovereign. Had a great time, lived like a Pirate....Ran into the Master....Max, and his friends, made some new friends, learned from a excellent deep ruff water hunter Butch of OC, (over the head waves). Got some great video, will post this winter.......off again next week for 5 days of hunting...if work don't kill me first.......
22 months to go till retirement...

The Master Max, making it look easy with his waterproof SE Pro........the treasure, and the old ring that I thought was Gold but looks more like copper with a closer look and has to be tested, no marks, anyone seen one like this...it is broken, scratched bad,..........

Joe,
Is Doc's amp usable with the Excalibur II? Is it waterproof or is it able to be made waterproof? Does it make that big a difference?

Nice finds!

Yes
Yes it can be.....
Wet sand to knee deep in PP mode more sensitivity to targets under and Near coil...almost have to be there to show you. In the deeper water, I would have to say No.....unless it is fresh....

There is an old maxim in Stereo that to double your audio volume you are increasing power output by 8X. The detector still sees the small deep target-you just don't hear it.

These
99% waterproof, rained on dunked several times, so far...very WP

Joe what scoop are you using there? I use the stealth 6.5 now but that one you got there looks good too. is that a fiberglass handle on it?

nice finds there:detecting:

Great video clips! Like the scoop; looking forward to seeing production details.

Yes, FiberGlass..that is one I've been testing and had input, along with other members. Full testing right now with SurfDigger, and CJ...........Feed back has been Great, And it looks like a New Evolution in scoops will be here soon........Here are a few of my favorite scoops...........each excellent as a choice for beach detecting.......

Great finds Beechy! I drool every time I watch your videos.

Joe, like the way you put that ring in your pouch, very discreet , had the beach goers seen it you would be the pide piper with people following close behind you, nice video
