Went and spent 7hrs SLOWLY going over new areas and some old areas of the silver mine. I think my time was well spent today. I enjoyed the park, the weather and the finds. I hope you do too!

And silver at this time of year is a gift!:bouncy:

Thanks John! If you get out this way sometime, let me know and bring your AT-Gold. We'll hit the silver mine and see if your gold can find the gold I can't seem to locate. ;)

Forgot to mention. DANG IT! Missed getting a silver nickel by 1 year. If it was 1921 I'd have had a 80% silver one!! DANG DURN DARN IT!!

Congrats on the oldies !

Very nice finds! Picking up some of that lost American money! I wonder how much there is out there if it was all in a pile...

Looks like you had a great day! I'd settle for a mediocre day right now, as the ground is frozen.

Go west young man, go west! Will be 5C here tomorrow and partly cloudy. I'm gonna hit the park after work for 45mins, wish me luck!

Cool digs. I like the Georgivs V nickel. I have found all kinds of coinage from that era, but never the Georgivs V nickel...maybe next spring!

Good luck! I'm still hoping for a fishscale and a Large Cent.

Update:

I was whining about missing silver on the 1922 nickel...

But if it HAD been a 1921 George V nickel....I'd be alot richer than just silver. I didn't notice but there's only #400 1921 George V nickels know to exist. The value is from $2,000 for a VG8 up to $30,000 for a MS64. :surprised:

Now I'm crying...
