6x10 DD Pinpoint Question???

Hey guys,

Purchased the 6x10DD from Larry and should have it on the MXT in the next day or two. I have done a search about Pinpointing with the 6x10 and received all kinds of different info from pinpointing right in the middle of the coil to Pinpointing at the front and rear tip. I will be taking the 6x10 out for most of the day on Sunday. Any recommendations or experience on the best method for Pinpointing with the 6x10 would be greatly appreciated! Let me know what's best and what I should practice on! Thanks

The best way is the way you like to do it, the end result is the same.
 
Your right Larry. I use the center mostly myself and no problems and has been good to go so far. KC

I've found mine pinpoints a bit front of center in the oval insignia.
