6T

Does anyone use the 6T and how good is ir? Im thinkin i might be interested in trading my MXT for 1.

I have both the MXT and the 6T. The MXT is a better relic machine and of course prospecting machine but for just picking up newer drops and hitting the sand boxes the 6T is a great machine. Old, deep coins or nugget shooting = MXT. Clad coins, trashy areas and playgrounds = 6T.

I have both and would agree with Slick. For coin shooting parks, playgrounds etc. the 6T is fun to swing and noticeably lighter, but for the deepest relics etc. the MXT has the edge.

I do like the 6t.
In the areas I hunt very few targets are past the 7 inch mak.Clay and iron ore.The 6t has no problem going that deep and deeper.
It isnot as deep as the mxt ,but it is a fun unit to use.
I wish they would do a little more tweaking on the 6t and offer a larger coil.
