$654.25 in Quarters Found Over The Past Two Years With The ETrac

Because it is WINTER it seemed the right time to get our Coins cleaned and turned in

I started Tumbling our Quarters, it was about Two Years worth because we did not have the ground Frozen for Two Years but this year is Different:(

It has been quite a job and just finished the Quarters and even Tumbling there are lots that remained Brown

I also found some Game Tokens, Canadian Quarters which I separated and do not count obviously and believe it or not two English Shillings and a Two Pence

The Picture was taken in the middle of the process and each bunch was bagged and counted which made it easier at the end to count up

Now It Is Time To Roll Them:help:

Just to add that when looking at the Jar full of Quarters I was sure it was going to be at least $800 to a $1,000!

There is an expression about your eyes being bigger than your stomach..You Get It!!!

Nice bunch of loot!---At the end of every hunt year, my wife cleans (tumbles) the quarters we find during that time.-----A lot of them come out brown looking after cleaning also but have never had any trouble with the bank taking them as long as they are clean.--------Del

Congratulations on your treasure. Just be glad you got some to count. Some of us don't never find anything but sardine cans, beenie weenie cans and an occasional lug nut. HH :minelab:

I really like the $.25 after the $654 Eva! If'n you'd come out to say $654.12....I would have asked for a 're-count'. Congratulations on some great finds and and added value to you an Brian's collection!

Hello Troy,

I thought about rounding it off or leaving it out but that would make it neat but not honest

Best Regards and HH(in the Spring I mean)

That is impressive! You got any big plans for them? You could play a lot of Mrs.Pacman or play a lot of songs from the ole jukebox ... sorry I think I'm stuck in the 80's

You know that every time you find a Quarter it may be a Silverrrrr

That is ALOT OF EXCITEMENT and then you find the quarter and think that at least it is a Quarter!

The Quarters were found by both Brian and myself over the last two years with the ET..

The Money is to be used for Bills, plain and simple but we have already bought our toys so no worries

Regards and HH All

HMMM

Never thought of that

Do you mean the kind you shake out to clean the sink?

Thanks for the suggestion, I have been putting in some Dawn Dish Detergent with the fish gravel

That's a ton of Quarter's Eva - congrats !

I've paid for a lot the of gas for going on hunts, pin pointer batteries, photocopies of old maps & photo's, etc. with the clad Quarter's that I've found.
Besides ... who in there right mind would ever not dig a solid FE 12 - CO 46/47 on their E-Trac screen. :detecting:
