6000 Series resurrection?

Bowie

New member
After reading several post following the Whites engineers reviews, you guys think Whites will resurrect this model and if they do what do you think they will change or add to it?? I like the meter dunno if I want a digital screen, I would like tones with a switch to go back to single tone if I want,in all metal mode,SAT. Would like to see new coils also. Manual balance or a better tracking as on the DFX,MXT?
Or should we just discourage them so we can be greedy and have this great machine to ourselves?
John

Well my 6000 XL Pro gets a lot of use its one fine machine. Also use the 6000/DI Series 3 from time to time. Tones would be nice forget digital. Dan

Hi John. The multitone mixed mode of Mrand, the Polish producer, can do what you want. It is has a switchable monotone-multitone mode, with four tones, from 0-5, 6-40, 41-70, 71-100, it works in all four modes (geb sat, disc, norm, tr disc).

Heya margiop,
Forgive me I do get confused from reading so many forums, all the stuff I read gets tangled up in my mind sometimes, lol.
But, I thought these were not available anymore.
Thanks,
John

This was not his invention but taken from bill lahr who modified a 6000 pro sl for me he has been doing these mods for quite some time which makes this great machine the best in the field, you have to buy the kit from this polish enginneer and either install it yourself or have someone who knows what they are doing install the mods.

Heya Sal,
I have seen the movie and I think I recall a post stating he is working on another mod for the XL Pro. I sent him email days back but no response. His webpage isnt in English so I was lost there except for his contact/email info.
Thanks for the info so far, maybe he will get in touch.
HH,
John

I have his email if you cant get in touch email me and i can find his email for you,i am at siciliano82464@yahoo.com

this is the kit. you can regulate the tones by working on trimmers of the circuit.
you also have a switch that exclude multitones, so you can use monotone when you want.
