6000 DI/Pro SL tone mod?

Well, it has been some time since I posted here, but I've been busy with projects and the cold winter months never seem to provide a good day to get out. I did get my meter working!!! It was a loose connection inside the meter housing.

I would like to know more about the tone mod that is available for this unit. (Or at least I think it is.)

Please enlighten me, as I have seen one on YouTube, but it is done by a fellow in Italy!

There is a guy here in the US that will make the mods using the imported parts. You might search "mods" on some of the forums. Meanwhile, I'll dig thru my stuff & see if I can find his info.

Whites along with other major manufacturers don't want anyone inside the unit except their tech's for obvious reasons..Give Whites a call especially if under warranty as it may void same and even if not want to know if they will repair after modding..Just a few thoughts on this rainy day in Pa..
