I just got the 6000 DI Pro SL back from Sweet Home for repairs and it is HOT!! They put a new coil on and put a new meter on and I am very happy. It is like a brand new one Thank you Whites for being so good. I went out into my front yard, a place I have searched over and over and found a quarter at 4 inches and a dime at 7. Whites is great!!

I have a 5900 Di Pro SL that White's of Sweet Home Oregon fixed for me for $15, like your 6000 Di Pro SL it has the sweetest audio response on coins. It has that unmistakable 'ping' tone that I have'nt ever heard from any other detector I've owned or tried.

Wow you got an MXT which is my dream detector and you miss the 6000 si pro sl? I will trade ya anytime!

Recently sold an MXT that had become a "closet queen". My 6000 gets regular excercise, tho!

Cheers, DR

I have the Silver Eagle, which is the digital version of your unit. Sent her in 2 years ago. Yep, she is HOT. The head White's tech worked on her. Its depth exceeds a XLT. Many times I have considered selling it. Just can't do it. It's a badass 20 yr old detector, and under some circumstances outdoes my Teknetics T2. You just hang on to your unit. Some of the older White's units are ageless.
