awesome night in small town iowa- tonight was one in a million! Here I have an 1899 barber half, a 1907 barber O half, a 43 S merc, 45 merc, 42 d merc, and a 48 rosie. I also found 4 wheats ranging from 1919 to 1945. The halves came in at 88-91, and the mercs in the mid to upper 70s. Check out my hunting buddy LUD on the minelab safari site as well- HE CAME OUT OF IT WITH 7 INJUNS!!! Theres nothing better than both of us having a great night like tonight-like I said-one in a million! Anyways-thanks for checking it out and happy hunting to all!

I thought my Barber half was once in a life time, and you snatch two at the same site, thats fantastic. Love the dimes. Good goin. CO

Wow that is a better hunt than I've ever had. You must have been excited. I've yet to find a silver half.
Congrats again. Oh, by the way, what does your F75 ground balance at this site?
:beers:

Ground Balance was at 61, sens at 80, disc at 15, notch at 30. I'd never found a half dollar before, but both of these came up at an 88-92. They were about 6 inches deep-I found another one last night at the same site, but it was a 1949 franklin in good shape. 3 halves on one site it pretty cool!
