This morning i took the EQ-600 out to the gravle road and buried a dime at 6" deep .also a power line goes over the road so i did the nios cancel and still it was unstable and had to turn down the gain to 18. sweeping over the dime in park one gave not so good results but you could hear it I went to field 1 and it worked better ,but what really helped was turning the Iron bias to 0 and the sweep speed to 2 and it came thrue very nice .kinda suprizing as this is glacial gravel with lots of granite basalt and other mixed rock I was using the 11" coil
