That's how long Kellyco took to get my XT705 back to me.
I was noticing a response problem when I would press some of the buttons the last couple of weeks. Even though I don't use tracking much, it would take multiple times pressing it to turn it on or off and the program button was also intermittent at times. I sent it to Kellyco (priority mail) last Thursday afternoon and it was back yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. Under warranty, they replaced the front face plate / key pad. Now all the buttons are like new, tight and crisp.
**Kellyco is just a hundred or so miles east of me,...but that was great service considering they received it on a Friday and with a weekend in between I got it back already.:thumbup:

One of these day I may look into getting my face plate replaced. Maybe next winter. Even though I've used an environmental cover year round since day one most of the printing on the buttons have worn through and it seems like the dust that gets between the display and the environmental cover starts to mark the clear part of the display just from the environmental cover flexing and touching the display. I take the cover off and scrub it along with wiping the faceplate down with a damp rag every couple of weeks so it's not necessarily a design problem, it's just what happens when you put this much use on a detector. Things could be worse... ha ha ha
