That's how long Kellyco took to get my XT705 back to me.
I was noticing a response problem when I would press some of the buttons the last couple of weeks. Even though I don't use tracking much, it would take multiple times pressing it to turn it on or off and the program button was also intermittent at times. I sent it to Kellyco (priority mail) last Thursday afternoon and it was back yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. Under warranty, they replaced the front face plate / key pad. Now all the buttons are like new, tight and crisp.
**Kellyco is just a hundred or so miles east of me,...but that was great service considering they received it on a Friday and with a weekend in between I got it back already.
