5900 DI SL Pro Vs XL pro

Hi:
Sort of new to this forum.
I just sold my MXT but still have my Eagle Spectrum.
Recently I saw the XL pro at a dealers (not for sale) and really liked it.
I have been looking but see more of the 5900 DI SL pro than the XL Pro.
Is theere really that much of a difference-I know the batteries are one.
Somewhere I ran across a site that listed all the white detectors,like all the coinmasters etc etc.
Anyone know where that is.
If I bought a DI SL would I be missing much.

They are a bigger heavier unit and work really well..
 
I want the Xl pro but keep thinking I will run across a 5900 or the 6000 more often and maybe at a
more reasonable price.
I just got a bluemax 950 coil for my Eagle Spectrum.
Just stopped ground balancing one day.
I might sell it .
It has the 4 c cell holder and two nicad packs and charger and the manual or I might trade it.
The backlight is the only thing that does not work and I never used it anyway.
