505 first time out

Got my new x-Terra 505 and a Garrett pro pointer today. Took them out in the back yard to give them a try. I dug twelve 27-30 TID at 2" to 4"and pulled out 12 penny's and zero trash. I think I'm going to like the 505 and the pro pointer is unreal.
 
I KNOW that you're going to like it. And it sounds like you're off to a good start too. :thumbup:

Good luck with the 505. I'd really like to see more posts about it. I've only had the chance to use one once (showing a newbie how to use it), but I like the idea of wider notches over the 70/705 (they seem to be a bit unstable for my liking).
