50 coin day: Silver "O" with Makinholes

From the land of the Bluenose...no word from French Dave who must have been press ganged into a shopping trip by his wife so Makinholes drove here and we fired up Goquickski and headed to the Dingle. Of course Marie was out to an auction....don't want to go there!

We started doing the path along the shore which netted us a few older pennies and I a silver ring. Tiring of being mountain goats we adjourned to Tim's for a coffee and headed to another location to get our fill of pennies for the day and do the Doggy Dew Shuffle which should warm me up for this evenings rug cutting. Of course Makinholes spent half the day down on his knees with his green beeper.

From there Goquickski was on auto pilot and we hit the almost virgin turkey farm where I found the HMS Belgic pin but all we got there for our troubles was cut up legs from the thorn bushes. All in all a nice outing with me Bud with next week a planned trip to hit an island. Here is Makinholes take for the day. Bouy has balls and still on the learning curve of his new Garrett.

My take for the day was a silver ring, hair thingie, set of keys and 56 coins@ $3.12

Thanks Leslie(nova scotia),

Congratulations on a great hunt.

Absolutely love the documentation you do with all of your hunts. Really look forward to them. They are not only informative. They are also very entertaining.

The fact that you love this hobby is absolutely apparent.

Thanks again
Bob
