From the land of the Bluenose.....after certification classes in pepper spray and the Asp I felt like I needed a little down time to recoup from such "violent" activities so I headed to the Dingle in search of silver after a quick stop at the passport office whereas I took in the wrong package.....the blank one for Marie not the one I had filled out....Son of a sea horse what a dumb thing to do. Now I have to go back in town again but will wait till after the Juno Awards thing is over as the downtown core is a nut zone.
Once at the Dingle a quick change to me digging paraphernalia left me ready to rumble. Needless to say I parked in a very visible spot after having my car broken into twice in one summer here. Nice sunny day with a few folks strolling along the Arm when I spotted a pair of big cats looking at me!<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6dd11b3127cce881a8ddbb4c900000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>
Not long afterwards ran into a newbie by the name of Kevin...at least the bouy was swinging the "right stuff" in the form of a yeller feller. Words and common friends were discussed and away we each went. About 5 minutes later hit a bullet followed by a 1949 dime.
With the silver fix had it was off to Rotten Ronnies for a quick bite then an even quicker trip to the men's room after that meal. Man that food works quicker than Exlax!
Paper work done so it was off to a local park to fullfill part two of todays quest and that was to hit my 50 coin fix which took no time at all at thy holy ballfield.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6dd11b3127cce881a8dd5b4c700000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>
Towards the end of the day I thought for sure that I had grown at least a foot as it seemed longer and harder to stand up after each hole. End result for the day was 50 coins @$3.34 including the silver dime, bullet and of course a golf ball! Finding that the hood on Goquickski makes a nice background for taking a photo of the days "catch."<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6dd11b3127cce881a8ddfb4cd00000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>
