50 coin day: new metal detecting game

From the land of the Bluenose....started the day off by taking my sick Garrett to see Dr. Munroe at the tv repair shop. On a number of ocassions he has operated successfully and I have my fingers crossed especially since Blue Cross doesn't cover any of the operational proceedures.

Anyway with today being a holiday I decided to hammer a school yard stopping along the way and treating myself to a Tim's purchased with dirty clad and taking the shortcut over the bridge using a toasty bridge token I had dug up a few days ago. Doing fields does get a tad on the boring side so as the Bardman says I did the "drunken sailor grid" in a completely sober state. This got a scad thin so I devised a new game to occupy my feeble mind "Follow the Seagull and and find the Ring of Skelator." Of course this game is a little late for Hallowe'en but what the halibut. So I picked out a seagull and stuck to him like a fly on a pile of doggey dew.

and started popping pennies and such along the way as I chased him from one end of the soccer field to the next interrupting his scavaging for some grub. The darn thing had the nerve to squawk at me a few times but I never had to dodge any "bombs" being dropped from the sky.

Sort of made it a fun hunt on a dank and drury day and in no time I had found the "Ring of Skelator", a musketball , arcade token and 81 coins @$3.26.

All good things come to an end and now it's off to work.

Very Nice game, Les. We got squirrels around here...I wonder if they'll oblige?

Leslie. You are a pretty lucky guy if you can wonder around so aimlessly and still come up with results like that. That or you stalked the bird for that long that you found that much eventually anyway!
