From the land of the Bluenose....fortified with a nice cold tall glass of high octane prune juice Marie and I headed out for a little drive and swish to a spot that I do once a sumer.

After a swish of 15 miutes I had half a dozen coins and the little swimming area completed ready to move on to another spot which netted me another half dozen coins tucked away in the goodie bag.

After a quick change into some dry clothes it was off for an ice cream....gotz to love that cotton candy flavour and then a drive which afforded us a few views of the Halifax waterfront.

Marie had some things to do so I droppd her off home and continued the day with a great view and soft soil to dig in.

A surprise find here was a three ringer, a pin that said fan and a watch that took a licking and wasn't clicking also with a key bridge token (worth 75 cents) and 95 coins @$11.45...well over my daily quota!

With the combo dig over for the day it was time to head home and spoil the lady who puts up with me.

Looks like a nice day to be out Leslie.
Sure wouldn't mind to be able to pick up 50 coins each time I step out the door. I've been having a good run at my son's school in the last week and a half. Picked up another $19.50 plus a silver ring and a 9 carrot ring today.
Keep those beautiful pictures coming. I always enjoy looking at them, even though I may not always comment on them.
Mick Evans.

I like your tourabouts. Halifax is such a crisp looking place - it must be nice to be the only other detectorist besides French Dave and Tony.
