From the land of the Bluenose.....actually got a good nights sleep after my last night shift so feeling reenergized, revitalized and every other "ized" one can think of I headed out to a local park for a combo dig.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d801b3127cce867d3ab6c77300000026108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>

Started on the ground and netted about 2/3 of my quota then changed and plunged into the drink which really wasn't that bad as I had my 3/4 wet suit on.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d801b3127cce867d3ab5464000000026108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>

Sure was nice to be swishing and enjoying the scenery even though there was no scantily clad ladies in bikinis (hope Marie doesn't read that or I'll be denied shore leave) to relieve the arduous task of swinging the coil!

Shortly after entering the water at waist level I pulled out my first gold ring of the summer followed by an earing and some clad!

Time was at an end for todays's outing as I had to get home to do the domestics and get ready for tonights ballgame at Acadia Field. We are off to a great start this year..0-5!

Total for the day was the gold ring, an earing and 60 coins @$5.61<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d801b3127cce867d3acd463800000026108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>

As a footnote I did sell the RCMP ring to the bouy at work and both Otto and I got "gassed up." with Otto doing the dew on regular unleaded and I on Bud and his relatives.

Cool ring, Les. Has some connection to Scotland, methinks?

Nice finds and do tell us how your pal likes the ring. Oh, and give my regards to Bud and is friends, eh?

A good day for sure. Nice pics of the area. Reminds me of Pugwash.
