5 x 8 AT pro DD coil...

Plain and simple does this coil like steel rusted bottlecaps...as many DD coils do....

My son and I hunt some nasty sites with lots of bottle caps. What we do is use the 5 by 8 DD and set the iron wide open. When we get a signal in a known bottle site we pinpoint on the target and then circle the target with the coil and listen for grunts. 90 plus percent of the time if we hear the grunts it is a bottle cap. hope this helps.

Thanks Art....I know the large DD coil on the ace 350 was a bottlecap magnet is the reason I asked...

With the above coil if you drag the coil over the target just as it leaves the target you get the grunt....reason I asked the DD coil question...
