If your wife isn't available I'm sure Max can lend you one of his apprentice diggers!

I know many who have been through a bypass and I wish you the best of health! Thanks for the story and sharing how important it is to be healthy and take care of our bodies.

Now let's go digg'n!

I am glad you made it back to the real world Sterling, was wondering why I haven't seen you posting lately! I thought maybe you were too busy diggin all the gold them tourist are depositing at the beach, I realize that this should be your busy time of the year for the next several months.

Our one friend in Ocala just went through the same thing this past week also and is on light duty too, he don't do mding but has restrictions from the golf course.

Thanks for not preaching and yea one of these days its gonna ketch me too, at 65 I should know better!

You listen to that doc and don't go borrowing any of Max's apprentice diggers till you get better.

Thanks for sharing that with all of us....Your story struck home with me as well, havent had my cholestorel checked in many years, I'm not overweight, but am 53,a smoker, and probably have a cholestorel level off the charts considering what I eat. It's enough to scare anyone who does smoke to quit. Thanks for the motivation. And....I'm gonna be a grandpa myself in September...

He had total knee replacement on March 10. He's afraid the detector is going to pick up that metal knee! I don't think he has even tried to check it out yet. Good for you - and healthy future!

Thank goodness you are ok, the one thing that really caught my attention is that you said you are going to be a grandparent, that is so totally awesome. I am only 41 and have two already, boy and girl, I am thankful for each of them. Congrads on the new grand baby, as well as your health.
