5" loop for C$

Got off the horn to FRL today to find out WHY my 10.5 EDGE loop isn't here, and was told, "well they are being shipped as we speak" ["Right, Right"-Brett]. I asked about the 5" for the C$ and was told the size caused some technical problems? Anyone have any ideas-or is this just a line? If there is a tech problem, make a small elliptical.
