5" Excelerator or 5x10 coil for trashy home sites

So just an opinion from you guys. I have only enough money to get one or the other. I hunt mostly abandoned farm houses and old cabins. I AM interested on your opinions regarding these 2 coils. Depth versus separation ...etc. thanks I love the forum

I don't know about the 5x10 but I think the 5" is the ultimate for very trashy areas especially iron trash. If you are in non-ferrous trash you should be able to use one of the larger coils. Depth with the 5" coil will vary with ground conditions, I can get a 6" quarter, 5" on dimes in my coin plot with it. Remember, depth is secondary when dealing with trash.
