5" coil

For those who think bigger is always better take the time to try the 5"coil. i use it on my T2Se in the fields and it works really well, not a slacker on depth either, If you have a chance give it a try you won't be sorry Don Tyler Merrimack,NH

Mine is still unused. There are a number of trashy sites on my radar. One of these days!
 
The 5inch coil certainly is a deadly coil especially when used as a stubble buster and on junky roman sites,i dont use mine as much as i should do mainly due to the ground coverage or the lack of it i should say,but someone in our detecting almost uses one fulltime on his detector and to be honest it looks really odd when all he has covered ground wise is maybe 2-300mtrs but he is so slow and methodical but boy does he find some coins and relics so yes it does work very well.

The coil that really interest me is the Detech 8x6 SEF coil as that is sized in between the 5inch and the stock coil so in theory would give you better depth and also cover slightly more ground than the 5inch one.
