5.3 Coil on M6

Blind Dr

New member
I recently purchased a 5.3 coil for my M6 from Larry. It sure is nice to have a dealer a mile away. I was anxious to try it out so my son and I went to a local baseball field that we have been at before. I covered the same area and was suprised at how many quarters we found. That coil did a great job of finding coins I had passed over before.

Easter weekend I had the opportunity to again try it out in a park that has a ton of junk. I found about nine dollars in coins. My son was getting frustrated at digging up pull tabs, foil and the like. He decided to use my M6 and he was soon finding some quarters also.

This coil is really impressive. I am glad I made the purchase. Now if I can pry the M6 from my 9 year olds hands, I might actually be able to use it. Looks Like I will be visiting Larry soon to upgrade my son to something different.

Great little coil in trash and and has good depth with the sensitivity cranked up. Sounds like you did good on your finds.
